Business Process Mapping
Our Process Life cycle services cover from the most conceptual stage (business to model) to the most operational one (model to execution). The mission of the conceptual stage is to perform the Business Process Mapping, starting out from business objectives as well as the definition of the related key process indicators needed to measure their achievement. The mission of the operational stage is to obtain understandable processed diagrams and without inconsistencies for further implementation on BPM systems.
To define the processes we use the Business Process Model and Notion (bpmn.org) which allows us to work using different tools and information systems.
Implement
Implementation process and BPM systems
The implementation process is a fundamentally technological activity, which consists of the construction of the process model in a BPM system and its subsequent deployment in a productive environment.
Phipent team has developed a methodology based on RUP (Rational Unified Process) that allows to carry out BPM implementation projects in an efficient approach.
We implement the major BPM systems in the market and, based on the structure and design of each organization, we suggest what best suits their needs.
Since 2011, we have also specialized in implementations of SAP NetWeaver Business Process Management. Currently, we cover the entire range of products from the Intelligent Business Operations bundle. Besides SAP Process Orchestration, it also includes tools such as PowerDesigner and Operational Process Intelligence (based on SAP Hana).
